We understand that sometimes purchases don't work out. This page explains our refund practices for subscription and paid services.
Free Trial
If you sign up for a free trial, you will not be charged during the trial period. You may cancel anytime before the trial ends to avoid charges.
Subscription Billing
Subscriptions are billed according to the plan and billing cycle you select. Recurring charges continue until cancellation. You can manage or cancel your subscription from the Settings page.
Refund Eligibility
- Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. We typically do not provide refunds for change of mind after usage, but we will review claims for technical failure, unauthorized charges, or duplicate billing.
- If you believe you were charged in error, contact support via Telegram or the dashboard within 30 days of the charge.
How to Request a Refund
- Contact support via Telegram: @fifi_ai_support or use the support link in the dashboard.
- Provide your account email, date of charge, transaction ID and a short explanation.
- We will investigate and respond within 1–3 business days.
Exceptions
Certain purchases such as third-party services or one-time non-refundable items are not eligible for refunds. Promotional credits and trial credits are generally non-refundable.
