By accessing or using Fifi AI ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Our Service
Fifi provides AI-powered tools to generate marketing assets for online sellers including ad copy, product descriptions, content ideas and conversational assistance. Outputs are generated from the inputs you provide and model responses.
3. Accounts and Subscriptions
- Accounts: You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and securing your credentials.
- Subscriptions: Paid tiers unlock higher usage and priority access. Billing is handled through third-party payment processors; your use is subject to plan limits and billing terms.
4. User Content and Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of inputs you provide. For generated outputs, you are granted a license to use them for your business needs. You agree not to upload content that infringes others' rights or violates law.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Service to produce illegal content, violate privacy, commit fraud, or create disallowed content. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Fifi provides generated content "as-is". We do not guarantee accuracy, suitability for a particular purpose, or that outputs are free of errors. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fifi's liability is limited to direct damages up to the total fees paid in the prior 12 months.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or for abuse. You may cancel your subscription at any time via Settings.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or posted on the site; continued use after changes indicates acceptance.
